Return Policy

Dripo Gear understands that you may have to return a purchased item for many different reasons. With our 14-day no-hassle return policy, your shopping experience can proceed with no worries about an item not being the perfect fit for you or your vehicle. We ask that you carefully inspect your purchase upon delivery to be sure the product is in good working condition and is undamaged from shipping.
All return requests submitted to Dripo Gear must be received within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery for your item(s) and must include proof of purchase. We do not offer exchanges for products unless a product is received damaged or defective. In order to receive a full refund for the cost of the item purchased, the item must be in new, resalable condition with the original packaging and all hardware, accessories, and parts included in the returned package.
A full refund will not be issued for any item(s) not receiving authorization within the 14-day window, not in new condition, damaged (not by shipping), or missing parts or hardware upon receipt by Dripo Gear.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will provide the status of your refund by email and, if approved, provide a return shipping label. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please double-check all of your accounts first to be sure it has not been processed, and then contact your credit card company or bank. Some financial institutions can delay the processing and this is out of our control. 


If you receive the product and it is damaged or defective, please send an email to with pictures of the issue and/or a description of the problem. Dripo Gear team will provide a resolution and the next steps for you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item was missing parts/hardware, received damaged (in shipping), or defective from the factory. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when processed. Please note, if you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee a refund if the item is not received by Dripo Gear.
